Environmental Organic Chemistry and Technology
Who are we ?
Our research group is a part of the Department of Sustainable Organic Chemistry and Technology (Faculty of Bioscience engineering), and we focus our research, educational and service activities on environmental and sustainability issues of organic chemistry and technology.
EnVOC is headed by Prof. Herman Van Langenhove in collaboration with Prof. Jo Dewulf and Prof. Kristof Demeestere.
About 25 staff members are working within EnVOC, including scientific, technical and administrative employees. The Staff section of our website gives you an overview of all staff members with telephone numbers, pictures, and individual research topics.
Each academic year, EnVOC welcomes 10-20 thesis students to conduct their Master of Science thesis work. See Thesis Subjects for available topics.
