How to apply

  1. Look for research funding and a PhD supervisor, also called promoter
  2. Your supervisor registers you as an applicant in the online tool PhD Wizard.
  3. You will receive an email from the Central Student Administration Office ()
  4. Send all documents asked in the email to (Faculty Student Administration) and to  (Central Student Administration Office)

After your application

  1. The Faculty Doctoral Commission advises upon your application dossier to the Faculty Board
  2. When accepted by the Faculty Board, the Faculty Student Administration sends the application dossier to the Central Student Administration Office
  3. After positive assessment of both the faculty and central application dossiers, the Central Student Administration Office will send you an official letter of admission, signed by the Rector
  4. Go to the Central Student Administration Office with the signed form to enrol as a student.
