Content

Knowledge for Growth is Europe’s leading regional life sciences convention with 1.120 participants from 330 life sciences companies & organisations. The convention features an elaborate programme of 30 keynote lectures, an exhibition with 90 company booths, an area with 110 research posters, and a Job Fair. For PhD students, Knowledge for Growth is a unique occasion to meet the biotech and pharma actors in Flanders as well as scientists from academic research institutes, providers of capital, and representatives of services & supply companies active in the life sciences sector. The Job Fair brings HR Managers of recruiting companies and jobseekers in the life sciences together.

Oral presenters get a free entry ticket to the convention; poster presenters get a 50% reduction on the registration fee.

Doctoral School of Life Sciences and Medicine / Doctoral School of Natural Sciences / Doctoral School of (Bioscience) Engineering:

The registration fee will be paid by your Doctoral School if you attend this event as part of your Doctoral Training Programme and didn't yet include a seminar in the cluster Career management. You are required to submit an application for recognition before the start of the event and you will have to be able to demonstrate your attendance after the event (proof of attendance). Members of the Doctoral School of (Bioscience) Engineering should take into consideration that a maximum amount of 1250 EUR is available for each Doctoral School member throughout their doctoral studies.
