Progress report
Progress report
As a member of a Doctoral School you are expected to submit an annual research report. The report gives you the opportunity to reflect on the present status of your doctoral research and to launch your future research initiatives.
You are also expected to report your doctoral training activities (specialist studies, transferable skills and research-related activities) and - if you want to obtain the certificate of the doctoral training programme - to update your curriculum.
- For students following the old structure of the doctoral training programme, the progress report can be submitted via an online submission application (to be accessed through the student's personal page). An overview of the required proofs for courses/activities to be included in your progress report is given in this table:
| Course/activity | Piece of proof |

attesting your participation and pass mark (Form Proof

- For students following the new structure of the doctoral training programme (first enrolment in the academic year 2010-2011), the research report has been integrated in the curriculum of the doctoral training programme in OASIS (course code X000002). Your report for the academic year 2010-2011 should be added and submitted through your OASIS webpage. The new procedures for this submission are explained in these guidelines. After re-enrolling for the academic year 2011-2012, you will be able to edit parts of your curriculum for 2011-2012. Please consult this demo for managing your curriculum in OASIS.
