Student restaurants and cafeterias
UGent has a wide range of student restaurants. Staff are also welcome. They are all situated in the vicinity of the faculties. Service and food are of a high quality, the prices are the lowest in town. Vegetarian alternatives are available (no halal or kosher kitchen).
Do not forget to bring your student or personnel card with you: otherwise you must pay a higher price for your food.
Club Het Pand
Beautifully renovated, Het Pand offers UGent students and staff first class fine dining in its restaurant or a trendy meeting place with its lounge bar. All guests are advised to make a reservation.
Staff and students receive a 17,5% discount if they show their personnel or staff card.
