What if you need to cancel or modify your reservation?

Cancellations

For students only

In case of cancellation and/or no-show a fee of € 100,00 will be charged. This fee is due if you cancel your reservation after you have received confirmation for accommodation from the Housing Office. All cancellations must be done in writing.

Once the tenancy agreement has been signed, it is not possible to terminate the agreement early. The rent is due for the duration of the agreement.

For staff/visitors only

In case of cancellation and/or no-show, the rent for the reserved period will be charged to the department or faculty. This fee is due if you (or your department/faculty) cancel your reservation after you have received confirmation for accommodation from the Housing Office. All cancellations must be done in writing.

Once the tenancy agreement has been signed, it is not possible to terminate the agreement early. The rent is due for the duration of the agreement.

Modifications

In case you wish to change the period for which you have made a reservation, please inform us at least one month before the start of the confirmed period. After that time, requests for changing the period will no longer be accepted and the rent will be due for the confirmed period.
