Chief logistics administrator Dirk Mangeleer and the achief academic administratior together form the Management Committee, lead by the vice-chancellor and the deputy vice-chancellor and are responsible for the day-to-day management of the university and the co-ordination of the central university administration.

The chief administrators have a seat in the Board of Governors and the Management Committee with advisory vote.

The chief logistics administrator is in particular responsible for the steering of the departments of:

• Information and Communication Technology
• Infrastructure and Facility Management
• Student Facilities
• Financial Department
