An Urban Trail run is a true journey of discovery in your walking and running shoes. The beautiful city centre heritage, combined with the enthusiasm of thousands of athletes creates a special ambiance among the participants.
Those running the Ghent Urban Trail this year will pass by two Ghent University locations: the Scheldekaai and Plantentuin. We have 10 free tickets for enthusiastic Ghent University runners. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before 13 March 2017 with your answer to the question, “Why do you want to run the Ghent Urban Trail” and you may be one of the lucky winners!
For the first time in the history of the Ghent Urban Trail, a portion of the run will also be held in ’t Kuipke. Even better, after the run through the catacombs of ’t Kuipke and a 166-m loop on the legendary track, a festive finish has been planned on the central square. Race after Zesdaagse cyclists like Bradley Wiggins, Iljio Keisse & Co.!
