Activities
The object of the activities in general, and of the research activities in particular, is to meet local needs and requirements, and it is set within the context of the international community's efforts. By building up capacities, the cooperation wishes to contribute to enlarging the accessibility and improving the quality of local education and research. It is oriented towards a maximum opening up of knowledge, expansion of research facilities, and development and support of the management instruments and means.
