NATO: Science for Peace and Security (SPS) Programme
The Science for Peace and Security Programme offers grants to scientists in NATO, Partner and Mediterranean Dialogue countries to collaborate on priority research topics, which include NATO priorities and additional Partner country priorities. Grants are also offered to assist the academic community in Partner countries to set up computer networking infrastructures and to optimize their use of electronic communication.
How does it work?
Applications for support on topics in the priority
areas are prepared jointly by working scientists in eligible countries of the
Euro Atlantic Partnership Council (EAPC) and countries of the Mediterranean
Dialogue. The collaboration must be between scientists in NATO countries on the
one hand, and scientists in eligible Partner countries or Mediterranean
Dialogue countries on the other.
