Scientific services and contract work
The Laboratory of Food Analysis is accredited (EN ISO / IEC 17025) by BELAC (certificate number 049-TEST).
The laboratory offers the following scientific services :
- Screening and confirmation of residues of substances with androgenic, estrogenic and/or gestagenic effects in biological matrices (urine/meat) by GC-MS and LC-MS/MS - accredited.
- Screening and confirmation of residues of metabolites of nitrofurans in foodstuffs by LC-MS/MS - accredited.
- Quantitative determination of ochratoxin A in kidneys by LC-MS/MS - not accredited.
- Quantitative determination of ochratoxin A in raisins by LC-MS/MS - not accredited.
- Quantitative determination of aflatoxins in spices by LC-MS/MS - not accredited.
- Quantitative determination of acrylamide in roasted and fried carbohydrate rich foodstuffs by LC-MS/MS - accredited.
- Determination of mycotoxines in animal feed by LC-MS/MS - accredited.
- Determination of benzene in soft drinks by GC-MS
