Practical information for the undergraduate student

Upon arrival, you should meet the Erasmus coordinator of the Department (Prof. dr. Guy De Pauw). The coordinator will inform you about the clinics you would like to take and he will inform the clinical supervisors. Concerning your Learning Agreement it is preferable that students already draw up their Learning Agreement before coming to Ghent University.

Afterwards, you can meet the Head nurse of the Department (Bart Sobrie, Bart.sobrie@uzgent.be ). He can inform you about the clinical programme and practical needs (badge, clothes,…).

At the end of your stay you will receive an evaluation of your clinical work.
