Any publications and/or report that acknowledges the UGent supercomputer infrastructure needs to be registered!
How and where do I register my publications?
All publications, reports, proceedings, chapters (books), posters, etc. that acknowledge the UGent supercomputer infrastructure need to be registered. Here is how:
- First you need to upload your references to http://biblio.ugent.be which is a mandatory step for all UGent researchers. Every entry in biblio receives a unique Record ID. The reference needs to have the status 'Public' (with a green check mark) before you can continue to the next step.
- Go to our HPC registration application by logging in at https://account.vscentrum.be/req (you need an HPC account to log in) and selecting "Edit publications" in the top menu. Then register the biblio record IDs of your publications. You can add a comma or newline separated list of the biblio record IDs in the available field.
