The research group for Media & ICT (MICT) is one of the four research groups at the department of Communication Studies at Ghent University, and part of the independent research institute iMinds.
The context and focus of MICT’s research is today’s digital society & economy, and more specifically the changes and challenges that are imposed by that environment for each of its stakeholders: industry, policy makers and end-users.
