About us
The research group 'Public Law' is part of the Faculty of Law of Ghent University and consists of the following main sections:
The research group offers mainly education in the Bachelor and Master of Law programmes. The practical training contains case studies in administrative law, constitutional law, human rights and the jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights.
Research areas cover administrative and education law, constitutional law and human rights law, environmental law, law pluralism and law anthropology.
The centres and institutes organise national and international conferences, study and education days within the and participate in expert networks.
