Building evidence for the outcome of the ICPD+25 agenda

Tues 26 Nov – Building evidence for the outcome of the ICPD+25 agenda

From 12-14 November 2019, ICPD celebrates its 25th birthday during the Nairobi Summit. The conference hopes to mobilize political will and financial commitments to finally and fully implement the ICPD Programme of Action, focusing on: achieving zero unmet need for family planning information and services, zero preventable maternal deaths, and zero sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices against women and girls. During this day ANSER will together with a wide range of stakeholders, look into the role academics can play to help reenergizing the global commitments made  and accelerate progress.
