(30-08-2017) From 24 - 28 April '17 Ghent University, Hasselt University & Karolinska Institute organised a specialised course on Global Sexual Reproductive Health

doctoral schools april 2017From 24 to 28 April 2017 Ghent University together with Hasselt University (Belgium) and Karolinska Institute (Sweden) organised a specialised course on Global Sexual Reproductive Health within the context of the Doctoral Schools and the International Thematic Network ANSER. Courses were hosted simultaneously in Stockholm (Sweden) and Ghent (Belgium), using live streaming. In total 30 PhD students attended the course (17 in Ghent and 13 in Sweden) that was taught by experts in the field of SRH and entailed topics as: SRH in the SDG framework, social determinants of health, legal aspects of SRHR, maternal health, family planning, adolescent SRH and conducting SRH research. All lectures were recorded and will be made available.
