Food safety training for 13 international trainees

(17-10-2019) On October 14th, the International Training Programme on Evidence Based Decision Making in Food Safety started at our faculty.

13 trainees from Ethiopia, Peru, Cuba, Tanzania, Indonesia, Philippines, Rwanda, Uganda and Vietnam are currently following a 2-month specialisation programme in sampling, food safety management, risk assessment and evidence based decision making in food safety.

The trainees also work on their own case study from their home country, under the guidance of an alumnus of this training programme.

This year, the training programme is organized for the 10th time.
