Support for the organisation of the PhD-symposium

Aim

The Scientific Research Committee (CWO) provides financial support for the PhD symposium that is organised at the FBE.

Application procedure

Who can apply?

The persons, related to the FBE, who are responsible for the organisation of the PhD symposium.

What can be applied for?

Financial support for the organisation of the annual PhD symposium.

When can an application be submitted?

This application can be submitted throughout the year. In normal circumstances this application will be discussed on the next meeting of the Committee.

How to apply?

First register and afterwards complete the application form.

Annexes to be submitted?

No annexes have to be submitted with this application.

PLEASE DO NOT ADD ANY ORIGINAL RECEIPTS OR OTHER ORIGINAL PROOFS OF PAYMENT TO YOUR APPLICATION! YOU CAN SUBMIT THESE AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED FINAL CONFIRMATION OF THE DECISION CONCERNING YOUR APPLICATION!

Procedure of decision making

  1. In normal circumstances this application will be discussed on the next meeting of the Committee.
  2. The Committee gives a positive or negative advice (that might be conditional) on the application.
  3. The Committee transmits the positive or negative advice to the Faculty Board.
  4. The Faculty Board takes a final decision.
  5. The applicant will be informed of this final decision by email.
