(23-10-2020) Juan Sebastian Murillo Moreno started as a researcher on the OBSTACLE project.

On 1 October 2020, Juan Sebastian Murillo Moreno started as a researcher on the OBSTACLE project within the Vandemoortele Centre 'Lipid Science and Technology' at the Food Structure and Research group. The project inverstigates routes for preservative-free w/o-emulsions. The work of Juan will focus on elucidating the growth mechanism of bacteria and moulds in w/o-emulsions by using advanced visualisation techniques. Good luck Juan!
