The nutriFOODchem unit (BW23) organizes a scientific discussion in combination with a presentation given by Prof. Joost Schymkowitz (Switch Laboratory, KULeuven)
Prof. Schymkowitz is associated to the Switch Laboratory at VIB-KU Leuven Center for Brain and Disease Research, and the Department of Cellular and Molecular Medicine, Campus Gasthuisberg O&N 1-bis, at KU Leuven. His research work focuses on understanding the mechanisms of protein folding and misfolding and their relation to human disease.
