This chair is a collaboration with the company Milcobel, the largest dairy cooperative in Belgium, to collectively conduct groundbreaking and practice-oriented research. Thanks to this research, we want to gain more insight into the behaviour of milk proteins and how to use them to broaden current applications in the dairy industry.
