Ali Sedaghat Doost

Ali Sedaghat Doost has joint to the PaInT group as a Ph.D. student in Dec. 2015 working on formulation and stabilization of (nano)emulsions. He graduated in master of food science from university of Leeds working on the thesis topic of encapsulation within biopolymers. He is currently doing researches on Essential oils as well as novel delivery systems applicable in food industry, pharmaceuticals, and drug delivery.

He is also interested to do researches on application of food hydrocolloids, functional food components, and CFD simulations in food science.
