Esra Kocaman

Esra Kocaman has joined the PaInT group in 2017 to work on formulation and stabilization of emulsions. She obtained her master degree in 2016 and conducted a thesis on gelation of caseinomacropeptide at Istanbul Technical University. During this period, she obtained experience concerning caseinomacropeptide gels which have different pH values and enzyme concentrations including HPLC, rheometer, fluorescence spectroscopy equipment and SDS-PAGE analysis.

She is currently conducting PhD research on novel delivery systems in food industry.
