On 18 October 2019, H.E. Escanero visited Ghent University as follow-up meeting of the mission to Mexico (February 2019). The meeting was led by prof. Mieke Van Herreweghe, vice-rector of UGent.

Also several Mexican students and researchers joined the meeting.
