Translation of diploma/certificate (supplement)

You need a translation of your diploma/certificate

If you obtained your diploma/certificate in 2015-2016 or later, you will receive a Dutch diploma and the English translation.

We will send a digital copy of both documents to your UGent e-mail address and to your personal e-mail address.

Please check your personal details on Oasis and update them if necessary.

Make sure to save a copy of these documents on your hard disk, since your UGent e-mail address will be deactivated shortly after graduation.

If you obtained a diploma with the title of bachelor/master and you have not yet received the English translation, we can issue the translation free of charge.
