During your stay
During your stay, you need to keep record of your attendance in the clinic and of your weekly evaluation. For that purpose, please use the following attendance chart and evaluation form:
As each program includes several clinical activities, you should bring along from home the following items: white or blue coat, rubber boots, thermometer, stethoscope, pencil & block note.
Please note that all clinics have their special requirements and procedures. It is crucial that you follow these procedures meticulously. The various clinic guides and procedures that need to be strictly followed will be sent to you once you have been accepted as an exchange student at our faculty.
