We are looking forward welcoming you to our next wildlife conservation event entitled ‘Last male on earth – screening and aftermath’ that will be held 7th of May at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Auditorium Maximum, 18h (6 PM), supported by Internationalisation@Home.

Our preliminary program is summarized below:

•          17h45-18h00: Registration @Auditorium Maximum

•          18h00-18h30: Introduction

•          18h30-19h45: Film ‘Last Male on Earth’ by ‘Een van de Jongens’ and ‘Cassette for Timescapes’

•          19h45- 20h00: Short break

•          20h00 – 21h00: Presentation Prof. Dr. Thomas Hildebrandt (IZW, Berlin): 'Conservation medicine: An important element to save critical endangered            


•          21h00-21h30: Discussion (after-math) with panel including CITES, WWF, Timescapes, Floor van der Meulen (film director), Prof. Dr. Hildebrandt

•          21h30 – 22h30: Reception/network-event with drinks and snacks

We encourage you to register timely, for logistic reasons and because of limited capacity.

From beginning of April, registrations will also be open for people not affiliated at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.


Participation is free of charge, but we would appreciate alerting us by email in case you need to cancel for the event (we’d like to reduce the ecological footprint of this event by preventing overestimating catering and printworks).
