 This course will be conducted by Professor Dr. Lorenzo Galluzzi, a highly cited scientist and Chief Editor of several prestigious international peer-reviewed journals. Professor Galluzzi is renowned for his significant contributions to the fields of cell death, autophagy, tumor metabolism, and tumor immunology.

Professor Galluzzi's extensive publication record in top-tier journals such as Nature and Science, along with his repeated recognition as a Highly Cited Researcher across multiple disciplines, highlights his exceptional expertise and leadership in scientific research. Abstract

This course is designed to equip researchers with the skills necessary to create compelling scientific figures and write effectively for high-impact journals. Participants will learn advanced techniques for visualizing experimental setups and data, ensuring clarity and precision in their figures. The course will also cover essential principles of scientific writing, including structure, style, and clarity, tailored to meet the standards of top-tier journals, and how to handle the editorial process.

Objectives

- Master in creating scientific figures and data visualization according to the guidelines of high-impact journals

- Develop efficient writing skills to produce high-quality articles within a short timeframe

- Streamline the figures with the manuscript content and increase the readability of the manuscript leading to an increased acceptance rate in high-impact journals
