Bathing house

Design a public bathing space in Ghent at the Rommelwater park. This public bathing space is aimed to serve people do not dispose of a properly equipped sanitary installation at home. The city of Ghent has bought a proproperty in the Ossenstraat n°27. In this exercise we assume that the building on this property will be torn down to create an extra passage for pedestrians and cyclists, and to build social infrastructure on this plot.

The program provides for 12 shower units, 4 bathing units and a common area for 15 people. The actual bathing infrastructure needs to be accessible 24/day, while the common area is only accessible on fixed moments during the day.
