Demo Day of the course Design Project 2018
(20-04-2018) On April 19th, Students of the 1st master in Computer Science Engineering, presented their proof of concept with a pitch and live demo here at iGent. Afterwards we could all try and test their prototypes at the different booths.
There were 7 teams:
- Don’t be aVRaid: Using Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy to combat fear of heights
- VReX: Overcome fear of dogs in the comfort of your home through VR
- unSHACLed: A visual IDE for Semantic Web constraint languages
- KnocKnock: Augmented reality indoor navigation
- Polygloty: A crowdsourced translation platform
- Dispatch: HR management made simple
- Dron
eFortress: Security solution using autonomous drones
But the winner of the competition, which involved letting you invest (fake) money in the most promising teams, was KnockKnock. Congratulations!
