Entrepreneurial researcher of the year 2026

Loren Deblock has won the Entrepreneurial researcher of the year award for his research into a non-radioactive contrast agent that helps surgeons determine whether cancer is spreading through the lymph nodes. This competition is organized by Ghent’s colleges, university and the city.
