Specific course requirements
This course is an introductory course in HRM, covering all aspects of HRM (Inflow – Through flow – Outflow). This course is open for students, interested in HRM without any knowledge of HRM. A basic understanding of psychology and sociology can help to follow the course. The course is meant as an introduction for more advanced courses in HRM in the Master programme (Strategic HRM, International HRM, Operational HRM, Performance Management).
