Specific course requirements
This knowledge is needed as it will be applied throughout the classes in the specific contents domain of organizational behavior (OB) and human resource management (HRM).
Through a discussion of scientific articles in this field and an overview of their requirements, the focus of this course lies on learning to evaluate the design and results of OB and HRM research with respect to quality and usefulness for the work field.
The lessons require active participation and some preparation, as well as participation in a pc room exercise. Grades will be based on a written exam with open-ended questions, with a strong focus on insightful understanding and critical appraisal.
