Specific course requirements

All classes for this course are scheduled in a six-week time frame during the first semester, Register on Minerva (see 'related items') before the start of the first class.

To participate in the course “Valuation and Risk Management” a good command of the English language is required. Moreover, the prerequisite is a basic corporate finance course.

It is expected that you have familiarity with standard corporate finance models (e.g., CAPM, discounted cashflow models).

Since active participation is required, this implies the following:
