Auction Rules

  • The auction catalogue provides an overview of all lots (one or more activities or objects being auctioned) with a detailed description, mention of the organizer and a starting amount (minimum bid price). Each lot has a unique number. A time indication is also included in the catalog when this lot is likely to be auctioned. Some lots are auctioned individually, for other lots several people can put together to make a higher bid.
  • An offer made is binding. A lot is awarded by the auctioneer to the bidder with the highest bid. Every bidder is expected to buy for himself and is fully responsible for this, and is also fully responsible for any bids he/she makes on behalf of third parties.
  • The auctioneer can always cancel a sale or extend or shorten the duration of the auction. The time indication as included in the auction catalogue is not binding.
  • Payments are made in cash, via payconiq-app or by bank transfer. Only after receiving the amount will the activity be carried out.
  • The auctioned activity is performed on a date in mutual consultation with the organizer, unless stated otherwise in the catalogue.
