Ine Paeleman


Ine PaelemanIne Paeleman is a postdoctoral researcher (funded by FWO) at Ghent University. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from Ghent University in 2015. From October 2011 until September 2012, she did an internship at the National Bank of Belgium. In April 2013 and from January 2017 until June 2017, she was a visiting scholar at the Carlson School of Management (University of Minnesota). Ine’s research interests lie at the intersection of management, entrepreneurship and strategy. More specifically, her research focuses on resource slack and constraints, firm internationalization and entrepreneurial finance. Her research is published in management and entrepreneurship academic journals including Journal of Management Studies (2013, 2015), Journal of World Business (2017) and Small Business Economics (2013).
