Lien VossaertBiography

Lien Vossaert is a doctoral researcher in the department of Personnel Management, Work and Organizational Psychology at Ghent University. Lien worked for four years on the Securex Chair ‘Working in the 21st Century: Creating business results through a personalized organization’. Her PhD research pertains to the effects of personalization within the multilevel context of organizations. More specifically, she looks at when and how idiosyncratic deals at work affect the well-being and motivation of individual employees, and impact team processes and ultimately also business results. Next to the role of HRM in organizations, she is also strongly interested in the innovator and the self-regulatory processes that are vital for creative performance.
