International student exchange

The sets of personal data include a concrete list of all personal data that may be exchanged with the partner institution (via nomination at the guest institution, Learning Agreement and Transcript of Records):

1. Personal data shared in the context of enrolment at all partner institutions.
2. Personal data pertaining to the curriculum and study results.
3. Personal data exchanged in the framework of student mobility through ERASMUS or bilateral agreements.

The sets of personal data include a concrete list of all personal data that may be exchanged with EPOS, the National Agency for the Erasmus+ programme in Flanders, (only applicable for students with an Erasmus+ scholarship) or with the Vlaamse Universiteiten en Hogescholen Raad (VLUHR) in the framework of scholarship programmes (only applicable for students with a VLUHR scholarship):

1. Personal data: name – first name – date of birth – place of birth - e-mail home institution.
2. Personal data shared for grant calculating: information about scholarship Flemish Community – information about disability – information about working status.
