Femi Otitoju researches the impact of unconscious bias on group behaviour and the decission process in large organisations.

Femi Otitoju comes from the UK to provide us with an understanding of the nature of unconscious bias and how it impacts on individual and group attitudes, behaviours and decision-making processes in organisations. Her lecture will also focus on strategies and techniques for reducing unconscious bias that manifests in teams and across the organization. Femi Otitoju has been descripted as an charismatic and inspirational leader and authority on diversity and inclusion issues.
