Lecture by Prof Juan J. Tena (University of Sevilla)

Killifish form the vertebrate animal group with the shortest known lifespan, making it a perfect model for aging and derived diseases studies. It lives for only a few months and during that short lifespan passes through every phase of life from larva to venerable old fish.

Dr. Tena studies the transcriptional changes and epigenomic regulation characterizing this particular and unique feature.
