During a one hour lecture, dr. André Pascoal da Silva will give an overview of how over the last decades Brazil has been fighting corruption.
André Pascoal da Silva is public prosecutor in Brazil, dr. in Philosophy of Law of the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and lecturer at the Escola Superior do Ministério Público de São Paulo. He specializes in the fight against corruption, and will give an overview of the big scandals, the legal initiatives, and the institutional changes in Brazil, in order to detect, prosecute and punish corruption.
