The Qlucore Basic training course will give an introduction on how you can explore and analyze omics data in a number of hands-on exercises.

Learn how to quickly analyze your own data! Qlucore Omics Explorer is an interactive and easy-to-use tool that allows research scientists to visualize, analyze and perform biological exploration on a wide range of different data types including (single-cell) RNA-seq, proteomics, metabolomics and other types of multi-variate data.

The Qlucore Basic training course will give an introduction on how you can explore and analyze data in a number of hands-on exercises – e.g. visualize data in PCA, t-SNE, UMAP, heat maps, box plots, perform statistical analysis to find discriminating variables, explore a transcriptomics dataset.

You do not need any previous experience with Qlucore Omics Explorer! No programming is needed.

You will need to bring a computer (PC or Mac) with a training license to the course. Preparation material and a free training license will be sent out.

Registration: send an email to jan.nilsson@qlucore.com, indicate BASIC UGENT in the header.
