Starch
Depending on the daily menu, there is always a choice of different types of starch. The possible types of starch are rice, natural potatoes, mashed potatoes, fries and croquettes. If you choose fries or croquettes, you pay an extra supplement for deep-frying of € 0.60. You can always ask for a double portion of vegetables instead of starch.
