Priority of UGent student housing
As a financially vulnerable student, you may receive priority in the allocation of a student room at UGent.
A well-equipped room where you feel at home can have a positive impact on your studies.

Submit an application
- First submit a room application via Oasis (on-time application = between 1 March and 1 May).
- Then apply for priority within 14 days after submitting your room application and upload the required documents.
Conditions to be eligible

You submit your room application on time (late application = from 1 May).

You are a financially vulnerable student (study grant student, near-study grant student or non-study grant student based on a social and financial assessment).
- You were unable to submit an application on time (between 1 March and 1 May) due to personal and/or social circumstances.
