Career development initiatives

There is an over-representation of men within the research and innovation area, even though women account for at least half of graduates. The Policy Unit for Diversity and Gender started several initiatives to increase the representation of women in research and leadership positions:

• Mentoring programme of postdocs
  
• Upcoming mentoring programme for ZAP (academic year 2015-2016)
