DICT expands services with ServiceDesk
(18-12-2019) With the ServiceDesk, DICT (Directie ICT) is setting up a physical reception point. This as an addition to the DICT Helpdesk that can be reached by telephone and e-mail.
Through the ServiceDesk, DICT wants to improve their overall service. As a student, you can go to the ServiceDesk on appointment when referred by a help desk employee. For example, think of problems that help desk staff cannot resolve by taking over your device remotely.
In addition, you can also pick up and return multimedia material at the ServiceDesk. Please note that you should always make an online reservation to loan multimedia material.
