International Support Team

The International Support Team gives international students a warm welcome and helps them before, during and after their arrival at Ghent University.

They can help you with questions about: first steps to take, registration procedure, language preparation & voucher, visa, insurance, sports, health problems, personal problems, student life, financial problems, banks, tourism, ...

    Mo to Fr, from 09:00-12:00 and from 14:00-16:00

    Due to the current measures taken by Ghent University related to the corona virus we have limited opening hours.
    You can contact us by phone or e-mail. However if you prefer to drop by please make an appointment on Monday afternoon or Thursday morning.

    Academic Matters: FCI

    Each faculty has a Faculty Committee for Internationalisation (FCI).  The FCI chairperson and/or the faculty administrator will be able to help you with most of your questions about academic matter (courses, exams, transcripts, professors, faculty regulations, deadlines, etc.).

    Mind that some of the faculties have their own application deadlines; some faculties have none. If so, deadline are specified.
