  • Afanaisa Martin is a part of the EU Office since February 2019, as an Erasmus+ trainee for European research and innovation policy. During her internship, she will support Wendy Sonneveld and Mathijs Vandenbroucke both with the administrative tasks as well as content. Afanaisa will focus on Research and Innovation Smart Specialisations Strategy (RIS3) and Horizon Europe (successor of Horizon2020) developments.  She will also support the Ghent University delegates in the Flemish stakeholder groups.
