Receptions

We take care of all your receptions in Het Pand and offer formulas within everyone's budget. We set up decorated cocktail tables for each reception. Drinks are served in line at an open bar. Beside the "open bar" formula, you can choose from the hors d’oeuvres formulas below.

A limited vegetarian assortment is provided in every hors d’oeuvres formula. If you like more vegetarian hors d’oeuvres in a certain formula, you can have any non-vegetarian hors d’oeuvre to be replaced by an alternative from the list at the bottom of the page, without extra costs. The hors d’oeuvres from this list (see below) can also be served as an extra with the existing formulas, at the quoted prices.

Our catering staff can inform you about the composition of our hors d’oeuvres, concerning food allergies or food intolerances. For organizational reasons it is not possible to provide an alternative for any allergies or intolerances.

Service is always included. Although a service charge will be invoiced for receptions which start later or last longer than foreseen.

Open bar formula at € 11,90 per person, from 30 participants

  • red, white and sparkling wine
  • fruit juice, water, coca cola (zero)
  • seasonal beers (blond and dark)
  • option with champagne : 47.50 € extra per served bottle

Hors d'oeuvres option "budget" at 7,00 per person, from 30 persons

Available in combination with the above open bar formula.
Duration: maximum one hour and a half.

  • cherry tomatoes, radishes, quail eggs and aioli
  • plate with organic cheese cubes of “Het Hinkelspel”, Ghent-style head meat and mustard

Hors d'oeuvres option "basic" at € 10,00 per person, from 30 persons

Available in combination with the above open bar formula.
Duration: maximum one hour and a half

  • grissini with tapenade

  • cherry tomatoes, radishes, quail eggs and aioli
  • plate with organic cheese cubes of "Het Hinkelspel"

Buffet

  • mini appetizer-glass with pear and Gorgonzola-cheese
  • assortment of filled mini sandwiches (1 pp), for example :
